Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. [i] works with MyParcel as shipping partner. We ship directly to addresses in the European Union. Soon worldwide shipping will be available.

We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

Average shipping times

Shipping to NL: 1-3 business days

Shipping to Europe: 3-5 business days 

Shipping worldwide: 5-9 business days 

The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. [i] is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Taxes & Duties

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from [i], you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges and any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to [i].

Track and Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at [email protected]

Package lost?

Please email us at [email protected] If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Defective items

If an item is received defective, or damaged please contact customer service immediately: [email protected]

Returned to sender/refused packages

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by MyParcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.


If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on, please send a request via [email protected] stating your order number in the subject line for a return or exchange authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving our request approval. 

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and hangtags. We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges and/or paid taxes cannot be refunded.

[i] reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
